Initially, we recommended we make a short visit to your home to establish your requirements and your pets needs. There is a small amount of paperwork which we will need to complete, just to be sure that we have all the details we need to make sure your pets get the very best care whilst you are not around.
You will need to supply a key. These will be kept safely locked away when not in use and will not be marked by any address or name for security purposes.
For security purposes we also never used signage on our vehicles whilst visiting your house, so it will not be possible to identify your property as unoccupied.
